How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE
How long will it take to get my order?

Shipping usually takes 1-2 business days. We’ll send you tracking information within 48 hours of receiving your payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept e-transfer as a form of payment. This service is only provided if you have an online banking account.

The payment instructions will be provided upon check out. When you finish placing your order an invoice will be provided with payment instructions such as the email address, security question and answer required to complete the payment process. Please ensure you copy these details down.

If you are missing some information, please contact us with your Order # and we would be happy to assist you.

Do you ship out on weekends?

No, not typically.

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we ship using Canada Post Xpresspost. However, because Canada Post doesn’t operate on weekends, we can only send orders out Monday to Friday.

How do I send an e-transfer?

Check your online banking account for details. If you still need help, watch this video.

Do you ship to Nunavut?

We do ship to Nunavut, however, the recipient is fully liable for whether or not the parcel arrives. If your order does not get delivered it is at the loss of the customer and we will not send a replacement without a new order and payment.

Do you send signature required?

No, we do not. If this is a problem for you, please contact us and we’ll make arrangements that suit you better.

What is your policy on lost packages?

We create tickets with Canada Post to investigate the status of the shipment. We will not reimburse or re-send a shipment showing as successful delivery.

If there is a risk of someone stealing your package, please contact us and we will arrange to send your order signature required.

Do I need to create an account?

No, you don’t need to create an account. Out of respect for our customers’ privacy and security, we don’t have accounts and we don’t store any information about you.

Where do your products come from?

We source all of our flower and hash from master growers in BC.

The choice of which growers to work with and which products to sell is not one that we take lightly. Our limited selection is the result of a strict quality control process which eliminates any products that don’t meet our high standards.

Why should I choose Platinum Buds?

If you want high grade flower and hash, nobody beats us. Nobody.
